Hola AI sends a single transactional SMS to callers after their call is handled by our AI agent. No recurring messages, no promotional content, no surprises.

What This Policy Covers

This policy explains how and why Hola AI (operated by Herpenza Technologies Pvt Ltd) sends SMS messages to callers who interact with our AI voicemail service.

How It Works

  1. 1A caller dials the phone number of a Hola AI user.
  2. 2If the Hola AI user is unavailable, the call is automatically forwarded to their dedicated Hola AI number.
  3. 3The Hola AI agent answers the call and has a natural conversation with the caller.
  4. 4After the call ends, a single SMS is sent to the caller confirming that their message has been received and forwarded to the intended recipient.

That's it. One call. One SMS. No exceptions.

What the SMS Contains

Each message includes:

  • The name of the person the caller was trying to reach
  • The name of the AI agent that handled the call
  • A link to the Hola AI website (www.holavoicemail.com)
  • Opt-out instructions
  • A note that message and data rates may apply

Sample Message

“Hi! Your message has been forwarded to [Recipient Name]. They'll get back to you shortly. [Agent Name] took your call. www.holavoicemail.com — STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.”

Consent

By voluntarily initiating a phone call to a number that uses the Hola AI service, the caller provides implied consent to receive a single transactional SMS notification related to that call.

  • No opt-in keyword or web form is required
  • No account creation is needed
  • Consent is tied directly to the caller's voluntary initiation of the phone call
  • This is a one-time, transactional notification only

Message Frequency

1 message per call. No recurring messages, no follow-ups, no promotional content, no marketing. Ever.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that number.

Other supported keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL, OPTOUT

What We Collect

When an SMS is sent, we process the following information:

  • Caller's phone number (from caller ID)
  • Timestamp of the call
  • The AI-generated summary of the conversation

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT send recurring or promotional messages
  • We do NOT share mobile phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
  • We do NOT sell any caller information
  • We do NOT use caller data for advertising
  • We do NOT send messages to anyone who has not voluntarily called a Hola AI user's number

Data Protection

  • All phone numbers and call data are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Data is stored on AWS servers in the United States
  • Caller data is never used for AI model training

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Hola AI does not charge callers for receiving the SMS.
