Hola AI turns missed calls into conversations. We record, transcribe, and summarize calls so you never miss what matters.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver and improve the Service.

a. Account Information

Name, email address, phone number, password, subscription and billing details.

b. Call & Voicemail Data

Caller numbers, timestamps, durations, recordings of forwarded calls, AI-generated transcripts and summaries, and optional labels or notes.

c. Device & Usage Data

Device type, OS version, browser type, IP address, time zone, diagnostic logs, and analytics data (e.g., session counts, crash reports).

d. Tracking & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting tools (such as Google Analytics 4, product analytics, and error reporting) to measure performance. You can opt out of analytics via device/browser settings or by contacting us. Where legally required, a cookie notice lets you manage non-essential cookies. We do not use interest-based advertising and we do not sell or share data for ads.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain Hola AI's call-handling, transcription, and summary features.
  • Send call summaries, alerts, and updates by email or SMS.
  • Detect spam and improve AI accuracy.
  • Support billing, troubleshooting, and customer service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and ensure security.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by third-party processors or app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). They may receive limited data (device info, purchase tokens, receipts) needed to complete transactions. We do not store full payment-card details.

5. Messaging & Notifications (Email / SMS / Push)

We use messaging providers to deliver summaries and alerts. We share only the data required for delivery (email address or phone number). No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared.

6. AI Processing & Sub-processors

Hola AI uses trusted AI and cloud providers to process data securely, including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI – natural-language processing
  • ElevenLabs – speech synthesis and transcription
  • AWS (US) – encrypted hosting and storage
  • Email / SMS / Analytics / Error Monitoring tools

Model providers and sub-processors may change as technology evolves. We use contractual safeguards and confidentiality obligations for all vendors. A current list is available on request; material changes will be notified in advance where feasible.

8. Call Recording Consent & Caller Notice

Hola AI records forwarded calls to generate transcripts and summaries. Call-recording laws differ by jurisdiction (e.g., one-party vs two-party consent). You are responsible for ensuring required consent from callers. Hola AI provides tools such as optional pre-call disclosure greetings ("This call may be recorded and summarized.") to help you comply.

9. Data Storage & Security

  • Stored on AWS servers in the United States.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest (TLS + AES-256).
  • Access restricted to authorized personnel.

If a data incident occurs, we will notify affected users and regulators in accordance with law.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

  • You can delete recordings, transcripts, or your account at any time.
  • Backups may be retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery.
  • Certain billing or audit records may be kept as required by law or for fraud prevention.

11. International Transfers & Safeguards

Data may be processed in the United States and India. Where required, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other adequate safeguards to protect your information.

12. Automated Processing & Human Review

Some features (summarization, spam detection, prioritization) use automated decision-making. You may request human review of outcomes that materially affect you.

13. User Rights

You may:

  • Access, rectify, or delete your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for processing.
  • Object to processing for legitimate interests.
  • Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

14. California Privacy (CPRA)
