Delete My Data

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your Hola AI account.

What gets deleted

Call recordings and audio files
AI-generated transcripts and summaries
Account information (name, email, phone number)
Usage logs and analytics data
Billing history (retained only as required by law)

How to request deletion

Option 1

In the App

Go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete My Data

Option 2

Via Email

Send an email to hello@holavoicemail.com with subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST".

Include the phone number and email associated with your account.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days

All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Your account will be deactivated and all recordings, transcripts, and summaries will be permanently removed from our servers and sub-processor systems (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, AWS).
